A MidSummer Daydream Wedding: Styled Shoot

As I look out my office window with the snow on the ground, I find myself thinking of summer and wishing for sweater season to end. So, I thought I'd share some photos from the styled shoot we did for Ruffled -  A Midsummer Daydream - where the lush woodland decor brought the magic of the outdoors to life.

Gorgeous woodsy bouquet by Stemline Creative.

Sugar Fixe Patisserie made this cake using royal icing to create the mossy look.
We used a tree slice as a cake stand and moss to cover the table so the cake would look as though it's emerging from the forest.

Letterpress by Lydia created the menu scrolls, tied with a sprig of rosemary.
We placed the menu cards on birch tree slice that would serve as a bread plate.

The tablescape became an offshoot of the forest floor, with a moss runner and flowers by Stemline Creative and macaron topiaries by Sugar Fixe Patisserie.

Our place settings featured tree slice chargers, placecards held by artichokes, and Spode silverware showcasing woodland animals.

Letterpress by Lydia created the invitations with just a dash of glitter on the edges to hint at the magical.

The menu scrolls highlighted a feast of foods from the forest.

What would your wedding look like in your daydream?
