When a guy is ready to propose, he does everything he can to make sure his plans go smoothly. Well, this weekend, I was up in Evanston and saw some rocky proposals, or should I say proposals on the rocks....literally! Rocks along the lakeshore were painted with messages about friendship and graduation and marriage proposals! Check it out....
